Based on DSD-Neo, this app brings professional grade decoding to your pocket. The scanner interface gives you full control over monitoring and settings, with a dedicated Scanner Screen that shows active calls in real time.
The Log Screen displays live stdout logging from DSD, while the Scan Grid lets you enable or disable talkgroups with a simple tap. View patches, affiliations, and other network activity in real time from the Network Screen. The Settings menu lets you configure RTLTCP or native RTL SDR devices, set up systems, and more.

The app communicates directly with your RTL-SDR dongle through USB OTG for low latency performance. Import local trunked systems, sites, and talkgroups directly from your RadioReference account. Driving across the county? GPS site hopping uses your location to automatically switch to the nearest tower site in a trunked system.
Smart filtering lets you toggle between Whitelist and Blacklist modes. Long press any talkgroup in the recent list to instantly mute unwanted traffic. View raw output from the embedded DSD decoder, including P25 sync bits, TSBK data, and error correction stats in real time. Don't have a dongle handy? Connect to a remote RTL-TCP server over WiFi and stream raw IQ data for processing.
System requirements include an Android device with USB Host (OTG) support, optimized for landscape orientation. You will need an RTL-SDR V3 or compatible dongle plus a USB OTG Cable. Network access is optional but required for RadioReference imports and Remote RTL-TCP connections.
