# PocketSAME — Android APK for HackRF

## What is PocketSAME?
PocketSAME is a Flutter-based Android app for licensed operators to transmit **SAME (Specific Area Message Encoding)** alerts and simple **FM tones** with a HackRF device.

- 📡 SAME bursts (auto-stop)
- 🎵 Continuous 1 kHz tone (manual stop)
- ⚙️ NOAA WX frequency selector (162.400–162.550 MHz)
- 🔧 Adjustable TX VGA gain (0–47 dB)
- 📝 SAME builder: Event code, FIPS, Originator, Expiration, Station ID
- 📱 Clean status card UI with clear feedback

## Requirements
- Android device with **USB OTG**
- **HackRF** (must be plugged in **before launching**)
- Android 8.0+ recommended

## Quick Start
1. Connect HackRF via USB OTG
2. Launch app → wait for `Ready.`
3. Set frequency, gain, SAME message details
4. Tap **Transmit SAME Alert** or **Transmit Tone**
5. Press **Stop** to halt tone
